This mailbox is monitored by Hexosys Pty Ltd. We read every message and reply as soon as we reasonably can. We do not offer a guaranteed response time, live chat, or telephone support.
What support covers

- Problems with the app — errors, unexpected behaviour, or something that will not load
- Feedback and feature suggestions
- Privacy enquiries, including access to and correction of information you have entered
- Responsible disclosure of suspected security issues
What to include when reporting a problem
It helps if you can tell us:
- your iPhone model and iOS version
- the Qapable version (shown in the app)
- what you were doing when the problem happened
- what you expected, and what happened instead
Please do not include sensitive personal information in a support email unless we ask for it. Qapable keeps the information you enter on your own device, so we generally cannot see your data and do not need a copy of it to help you.
Your data
Qapable does not require an account, and the information you enter stays on your device. Our privacy policy sets this out in full, and the Help & Trust section inside the app describes the same data handling.
Reporting a security issue
Please report suspected security issues privately to support@qapable.com.au with Security at the start of the subject line, rather than raising them publicly. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond before any public disclosure.
